What Datalyse is best for
Datalyse puts the CRM and the phone system in the same product instead of wiring two together. Sales gets contacts, pipelines, tickets, calendars and dashboards. Communications gets phone numbers in more than 90 countries with multi-carrier routing, WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Messenger threads, email, and Facebook Lead Ads capture straight into the pipeline. The AI layer runs on top of both: AI agents that take calls around the clock in 90-plus languages, an assistant that drafts and summarises, more than 500 synthetic voices and a voice cloner, plus workflow automation. Around the core sit an HR module for time tracking and shifts, a broker-specific CRM, and call-centre dialers with analytics. Pricing is per plan rather than per seat and is quoted in euros: Free is a permanent tier with three users and 500 contacts, Starter is EUR 99 a month, Grow is EUR 299 with ten users, 20,000 contacts, 300GB of storage and EUR 70 of communication credit included each month, and Pro is EUR 999 with 25 users, 100,000 contacts, a terabyte of storage and EUR 250 of credit. Telephony and AI agent usage are billed on separate rate cards. The submission came in under the name Partner OS, which is the white-label and referral side of the same platform: agencies, WhatsApp implementers and VoIP integrators either refer for a 15 to 35 percent lifetime commission or resell the whole stack under their own brand. The interface is available in more than twenty languages; Korean is not among them.
- The phone system is part of the product, so calls, WhatsApp and CRM records stay in one place instead of three integrations
- A free tier that is permanent rather than a trial, with three users and 500 contacts
- Plan pricing rather than per-seat pricing, which is unusual and favours small teams that add people
- Communication credit is included in the higher plans rather than billed entirely separately
- The partner programme is specific about terms - a named commission range and a genuine white-label option
- It was submitted as Partner OS, a reseller programme; we list the platform, because that is what a reader can actually sign up for and use
- No Korean interface, and the product is aimed at Spanish-speaking and European markets
- Telephony and AI agent usage sit on separate rate cards, so the plan price is not the whole monthly cost
- The jump from Starter at EUR 99 to Grow at EUR 299 to Pro at EUR 999 is steep, and Pro is contact-sales
- Voice cloning and 24/7 AI call agents carry disclosure duties in many markets - recording and synthetic-voice rules differ by country
- Pricing is quoted in euros, so Korean buyers carry the currency spread on top
