What Google Stitch is best for
Stitch is Google Labs' AI-native software design tool, and the product Galileo AI became after Google acquired that team in 2025. You describe a screen in natural language, drop in a sketch or screenshot, or talk to the canvas, and Stitch generates high-fidelity UI you can keep steering — connecting screens into working prototypes, and carrying your design rules between projects through DESIGN.md, an agent-readable markdown format Google has open-sourced. The output is meant to leave the tool: paste designs into Figma, export front-end code, hand screens to Google Antigravity to plug in backend logic, or publish straight to the web with Netlify. It runs on Gemini — Gemini 3 since the December 2025 update — and is free while it remains a Google Labs experiment.
- Free with a Google account, with no paid tier announced so far
- Output is portable — Figma, front-end code, Antigravity, and Netlify are all supported exits
- An experimental Google Labs product, so features and availability can change without notice
- Google has not published Stitch-specific usage limits or commercial terms
- The interface is English; Korean localization has not been announced
